Kansas State Archery Association

Welcome to the Kansas State Archery Association web site.  This site will contain information on the State organization and other related sites.

Kansas has 11 chartered clubs located in various parts of the state; two with outdoor and bow hunter ranges; five  with only a bow hunter range; one with only indoor range; two commercial indoor ranges (Lawrence) & (Wichita); and one with KS Wildlife, Parks & Tourism (Olathe).

Students enrolled in Kansas schools can participate in a program called Archery in the Schools where they learn to shoot a bow and it has piqued the interest in archery.

Archery is a sport that can be enjoyed by everyone -- young and old.  This is an individual sport where an archer can excel by participating in tournaments, shooting at an archery club, shooting in a Junior Olympic Archery Development program and going to the Olympic tryouts to gain a spot on the Olympic Archery Team.
